| Experience: | As a field technician, Mr. Foster has performed hydrologic fieldwork relating to well construction and development, soil and water sampling, and aquifer testing. He is Mine Safety and Health Adminstration (MSHA) certified. Recently, Mr. Foster performed extensive aquifer testing and water quality sampling of monitoring and test wells at a surface mine site in central Nevada. |
