Mr. Hebert is a registered geologist with extensive experience managing multidisciplinary environmental projects specializing primarily in characterization studies of complex geologic and hydrogeologic sites.  He is Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) certified.  His experience includes industrial compliance issues such as Aquifer Protection Permitting (APP), wastewater treatment, landfill closure and permitting.  He has also served as Project Manager providing oversight and management for the permitting, installation, and testing of numerous water supply wells in the Phoenix, Pinal, and Tucson Active Management Areas (AMAs).  Mr. Hebert has directed and managed the preparation of Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) plans for sites located in six southwestern states.  He has provided oversight and project management for the completion of numerous Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) covering a wide range of property types.  Mr. Hebert has managed numerous projects at sites containing leaking underground storage tanks (USTs) where his responsibilities included directing site characterization, remediation, and closure.  Mr. Hebert also has extensive experience in managing and directing resources to complete due diligence activities, including geologic evaluations at aggregate mine sites relating to multi-site property acquisitions.
