| Experience: | Ms. Waters is a Registered Geologist with professional experience performing various services such as: sample collection and data analysis; aquifer testing; installation of water supply wells, monitor wells and soil vapor extraction wells; well rehabilitation; UST excavation and soil testing; preparation of hydrogeologic maps and project reports, and performance of environmental assessments. She has also prepared applications for Aquifer Protection Permits (APPs), National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits and Certificates of Assured Water Supply. She has completed extensive records reviews, conducted personal interviews, and prepared technical data in defense of potentially responsible parties involved in state Water Quality Assurance Revolving Fund (WQARF) sites and federal Superfund sites. Ms. Waters has also provided expert witness testimony concerning the impact of contaminated ground water on a high-rise office building in Phoenix, Arizona and provided deposition pertaining to historical chemical use/disposal practices of semiconductor facilities in the West Central Phoenix WQARF site. Ms. Waters has extensive field experience collecting soil, surface water and ground-water samples, monitoring drilling activities, logging cuttings, interpreting geophysical logs, and conducting aquifer tests. In the office, she maintains the firm’s website, prepares proposals and statements of qualifications, and uses her strong computer skills to compile, validate and analyze test data, as well as prepare maps, tables, and figures for presentation in project reports. |
